About NCC
The National Coordinating Center for International Business Cooperation was founded in 2014 on the order from the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation as a single expert examination and service center facilitating the entering of foreign markets and the formation of effective international partnerships.
Before 2023, the entity was called the National Coordinating Center for the Development of Economic Relations with Asia Pacific Countries.
The NCC founders include the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, the all-Russian non-governmental organization Delovaya Rossiya (Business Russia), the All-Russian Non-Governmental Organization of Small and Medium Business OPORA RUSSIA, the Institute of China and Contemporary Asia of the Russian Academy of Sciences, the AEON Corporation, and RZD.
Kirill Babaev was elected NCC president. He also serves as the director of the Institute of China and Contemporary Asia of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
The NCC mission is to provide practical, expert and analytical assistance to business in the establishment and strengthening of partnerships, business and trade relations in the markets of Asia and Africa. NCC helps Russian companies create an image of a reliable partner, which contributes to the development of mutually advantageous contacts with foreign business communities.
NCC has opened over 30 offices in the countries of presence, including China, Algeria, the UAE, Iran, Nigeria, Kazakhstan, Turkey and Spain. It helps businessmen organize and carry out business missions and provides other consultative services.
Leading Russian companies and entities, such as Alfa-Bank, Gazprom Neft, FESCO, Beeline, X5 Group, Rostec, Roscosmos, and others are NCC’s partners.
